I like this idea but I'm not fond of the little details of the stars and lines that make up the exhaust. Can you try a version where the words "RETAIL TECHNOLOGY" is reversed out of a larger solid exhaust. Also, make sure you use all 3 color gradients indicated in the creative brief.
