As you said you need a logo outside the box, i think these concept are definitely out of the box and different from others..

entry 68 - please try with purple background and gold lettering for IHF and another shade of purple for the Ideal home text.

I think #307 #308 and #309 are have a 'meaning' and say 'something'....not only just logo with house sketch/silhouette without meaning...
