Actually now I'm using CMYK, but I can convert to pantone.

and here are the pantone colors (Pantone Solid Coated)
Green - PANTONE 360 C
Orange - PANTONE 1365 C
Red - PANTONE 7621 C
Dark Grey - PANTONE 425 C
Light Grey - PANTONE 430 C
