ICG MarketingLogo Design Contest

#69 is really great, I love it very much. I do have two quick questions or thoughts:

1) Could something be done to the type in the word "marketing" to make it look a little more unique and ownable or proprietary?

2) Could we make capital the letter "I" in ICG a serif type or something so that it doesn't blend into the other two bars so much? That way people will ready it easier as "ICG" instead of possibly looking at the three bars and thinking the name is "CG" instead of "ICG?

Hi, here is ICG in serif typeface, I am brainstorming on how to make "MARKETING" more unique, I'll upload as soon as I have something for that aspect :)

Thank you again #74 is great and almost perfect now - I look forward to seeing how you will be able to make the word "marketing" more unique in this version. Also, could you please look at another option of this design without the horizontal line under the IGC? I would be curious to see how that looks.

For "MARKETING" I took the I and 2 bars from the ICG and replaced the E with that with colors swapped, to give it consistency :)

Thank you again #104 is fantastic. The only last part I would like to see some options on is the "E" in the word "Marketing" - right now that letter is a little busy/confuisng - that letter almost looks like an "I" on it's side. Once that is complete we should be all good - thank you again.

I made all 3 elements grey to match the text, and rotated it further... which had the unexpected effect of an inversed 3d flat color E, while unintentional I think it adds a nice touch :) so I have uploaded it!

Thanks again - I think this is the closest yet. I may be getting thrown off or disctracted by the fact that the lower part of the "E" in "Marketing" looks like an upper case "I" and/or the angle? I'm not sure what to suggest for a solution, but it seems like we are 98% there and just need this one last tweek to make it happen. Again, I appreciate your work and parience very much.

Here are a few variations on the MARKETING text. Making small, simple changes to give it a unique look, without making it unrecognizable :)

What about if we keep the full word marketing spelled out and just put one of the letters in another color? Do you think that could work?

Now that this logo is finalized, is there any way you could show it how it could work with the tagline (Communication, Consulting, Creative)?

Also since I am not very familiar with this website, how would it work to get a business card and stationary/letterhead done?

Here it is with the tagline in a couple of different ways. For stationary, your best bet would be to post in the forums under "General Discussion" and ask for stationary design services, asking designers to PM you quotes. Unfortunately logotournament doesnt do stationary contests.

I should let you know that I also design stationary. As with most designers, price generally depends on amount of stationary you want designed.
