ICE H2OLogo Design Contest

Group feedback on this entry is it's a great start, but all involved think it needs more of a wow effect in some way.

A suggestion from one of the members is if there is any way to carve a heart into the top and possibly do something with the slogan at bottom. My input adding two that is do something like you have with the ice effect with the slogan in maybe the font or.... its in your hands

Also maybe can you do the background blue color with a fading out to the edges.

Could you try to change the blue behind the word ice a little darker to make the word ICE pop out more. Thank you.

Overall consensus is going to be going with one of the other designs for this particular logo. But I need a logo for a corporation attached to this same concept. Instead of ICE H20, I would need ICE CITY. If your interested in not having this design go to waste please let me know.
