Add tag line "Excellence Under Pressure". Make icon bigger - the "H" needs to stand out more

Add the tagline "Excellence Under Pressure"

Remove the Grid Lines and the Gradient

Two pipes form an "H" between them.

Two pipes (with flanges) are about to be joined together, forming meanwhile an "H" with the globe.

Please let me know if you would like to see any revisions (fonts, colors, layout etc).
