Like the font and logo idea, but think the "barbed" portion of the logo looks too aggressive. Can you move more toward liquids mixing?

Definitely like the sans-serif font, but would like to move away from the distorted looking aspects of the letter "A". Please try including version of the logo with the text centered in the vortex. Please also show inverted design, to be displayed on white background. Thank you!
