your #41 logo does not have shine and that what I want, but #41 color is wrong. this gold is right

The shine on these are so aggressive. I am trying to get this color without shine effects. The shine does not allow the logo to be seen clearly on a website page. Your logo is the winner. I just want to get this color without shine effects. thanks
