I just submitted some variations. I am not sure if I did what you asked - completing the circle (continuation of the water) -
If I did not do that, could you please use the markup tool and show me what you mean?
Also, if the new variations are not still what you are looking for, could you tell me what you find off? Because, in my eyes, they are the exact same style of the other part of the logo.

Really like the brickwork effect you have added here. Would be great to see on the coloured version too if possible. Can anything be done on this version to make the wall down to the sea look more like the wall ? It’s got a bit lost on this one

Very good, the wall that is near the bottom by the sea, could that almost be on a diagonal so it reflects the wall that leads down from the fort ? Could we also see without it at all ?

Really like this one. On this the complexity of the fort works nicely with simplicity of the sun and sea , worth seeing with simplified fort too if that’s ok, but this is a really intriguing version

No stress, when you can. I like the design and even though there are some mountains, the definition of Hvar is the sun and see, islands, summer. Something with a similar feel but more in line with here
