at the bottom of the text saying "Now This Is How You Drive!" I need 3 pedals and two feet with the right foot relaxing while the other foot the right foot showing shifting or about to step on the clutch (the middle pedal). Lastly, I want a hand the right hand on the shift knob below the text saying "Now This Is How You Drive!" underneath it.

Sorry but you are missing a few things. It's supposed to be one hand on the wheel. Shift pedals and feet & a shifter with a hand on it.
