Thank you for your entries! I enjoy the font, but we are looking for more realistic, primal, and rustic symbol. Some ideas are a human and trees, evolution paleothic time symbols, human in movement, or even and an ape. Looking also for the some intricate parts like the geometric elephant or the iceberg in the liked other logos

Colors are great, possible to make the font a little less bold?

I like how intricate you made the person, but would prefer him in movement i.e. Running, jumping etc.
The other designs you have have him in movement, just feel it looks more like he is falling than moving himself
