here is a more realistic design, no more stars! I put a gesture of a celebrating person as if the person is free from illness / pain / burden after a healing process which shown with the person is coming out from the leave.

I like the organic mix of this. However, is there anyway to make it look a little less "clip art" feel. More primal and realistic. Not really a fan of the stars
