I like the weight and balance of the upper box. "Partners" could perhaps be larger, and the lines on either side slightly thinner.

This is currently top three, but yes, you read my mind. I'm wondering if a san serif font would give it a little more pop.

The only issue is that "Human Insight" goes together more strongly than "Insight Partners." But I really like the look and direction of this.
