I like the magnifying glass with the three people on it. However, let's contemplate what the magnifying glass represents where my business is concerned. We ARE about people; however, we are not investigating or looking into people. (My other business does that.) So, let's remove the magnifying glass, as I do not believe it is applicable or representative of the consulting services we provide.

This graphic is almost identical to another we received. It is okay, but I am not jumping up and down with excitement over it. I like your first one better. Also, the tag line in this one does not stand apart from the company name. It sort of all blends in together. You might want to try a different shade or color or a line to separate it out just a little and help it stand out, but not be too bold.

Thank you for joining the contest. The company words are long and take up a lot of horizontal space. You may want to try stacking them, to take up less space. I like the coloring of the words. The graphic is interesting - a little similar to other submissions - but I like the coloring of the blue and two shades of gray. I also like that you incorporated the tag line into the logo.
