The tag line appears to be one long word. The spacing between each word is not sufficient. You might also want to try a different font for all of the words. Thanks.

No, I am not a fan of this one. the "HRM" is too big, relative to the whole logo; and the word "Consultants" is very small. Thank you, though, for trying.

I like this alot! but I am looking for something that we can pull out of the design for a logo as well. Like an Icon or letters, it would be hard to pull a smaller logo from this design.

Using the "M" to create an icon is good. I am not sure how that is going to look, standing by itself. After some period of time, the icon needs to be recognizable, without the name of the company. I like it, but I am just not sure if the "M" will serve the purpose.

It is super clean; however, it does not have a separate icon, which can be extracted and used alone without the words of the company name.
