The necktie makes it look more like a man....only this time, it looks like a man with long hair. I'm sorry. I know this may seem nit-picky, but HR is supposed to be inclusive and diverse. Picturing a "white man" only puts us in a position to be scrutinized or judged unfairly. Thank you for working to get this right...I appreciate the extra effort!
Not a big fan of the darker color on the "teardrop" or GPS location icon...and I am still a bit concerned that the person inside of the teardrop appears to be wearing a necktie, which would almost certainly be interpreted to be a man. This is an all-female owned company; and I do not want prospective clients to think that they will be working with men....nor do I want them to think that an employee is represented by a figure that looks like a man.
I like the font used in the name, with the word "Consultants" in a smaller size. The icon still has me wondering...what are you trying to say with the icon to anyone who sees it?
Curious...the icon of the person within the "teardrop"....it also looks like the icon for a GPS location. What were you trying to convey with this icon? Also, did you specifically choose a person wearing a necktie, to mean that the consultants were men?
