The only other comment I have is that the left side is not lined up, and the right side isn't either. In other words, the word "Master" stops before the word "Consultants" and is not the same width on the right side; and the graphic begins well before the tag line.

Can you try stacking the words more, to make the logo a bit more compact?

I kind of like the concept of two unequal people talking to each other. However, the logo is big; and the two people appear to be wearing neckties, which would make people think that men are the only consultants. Like that you included the tag line.
