HR ExchangeLogo Design Contest

A couple of thoughts:
1. Give me an option which has both the blue hue you have used AND a yellow-orangy hue.
2. The icon - an option which depicts a large community that is more net like (network) and fluid vs. limited and structured.

#16 is interesting - would you mind sharing why you chose the 'infinity' sign as a icon and why it corresponds with the colour of the X?

About 'infinity' sign,just means infinity knowledge, infinity experiences, infinity domain.
About the colour of the X, just because you choose #9 to 1st. I think you maybe need X to highlight. Right?

Here are some suggestions:
1. shift the icon to the left of the wordings
2. one variation with the words like HRExhange and another with HR EXCHANGE (upper casing and with a space between the two words).
