Here are some things we would like:
1. remove the slogan
2. pls give me a variation where you have HR EXCHANGE (with a space between the two words & in upper casing).

Hi Stefan,
Let's work with #64 a little more:
1. remove the slogan
2. keep the icon on the left and the words on the right (like it is right now). Also, keep the size of the overall logo. I think it makes it look stronger.
3. keep the font type as it is right now
4. give me another variation with the same font type BUT using upper casing i.e. HR EXCHANGE (with space between the two words).

Hi Stefan,
We are now in top 5 mode. Here are some criteria we would like you to keep in mind as you review, fine tune and refine your entry.
1. the logo MUST have the colour blue. However, you are free to choose the shade you feel is appropriate.
2. the second colour should be what you feel is appropriate based on my contest brief. It does NOT have to be yellow.
3. you have the choice of font-type to use. My preference is something that is blocky/chunky so that the logo does not fade out in distance.
4. your entry must be able to look good/strong regardless the position of the icon and wordings i.e. left-ring (as it is right now) or top-bottom (as it was before) or just the icon. Please show me variations of all.
5. your logo must be strong in colour AND monotone. A variation in monotone would be good.
6. your logo must be able to be applied in any form or medium without fading out.
7. your logo must be able to flexible in its use if I were to expand HR Exchange either in type of products or locations. For e.g. see: http://www.logoblog.org/fedex-logo.php

Thanks for ranking greatly appreciate it.
I create these revisions:
- refined shapes in icon
- set text-icon ratio
- adjust the colors

Now i used Pantone 300 blue, and Pantone Rubine Red, these colors gives equal result in print and on screen. The new colors works well on white and black background without any change.
Also works well on colored background, one or two color and greyscale.

#222 full colors

#224 two direct color (Pantone 300 blue, Pantone Rubine Red)
