I like the Typo you used (Conseils whit a S please)
The drawing on the left of the logo look good but do not seem to be significative (or I don't perceive it).
For example the one ranked first may represent a team of four persons working together.

Can you please take the drawing of #18 with the typo of #48 Houston over Conseils with no slogan.
Keep the blue-green colors but with less intensity (too luminous for me)
