Nice design, more or less what I had in mind, but i miss the metropolitan character (flat instead of windows in the tree) and boldness (font). Looking forward to your reaction.

Ps. What about garden life in the logo (birds and bees)?

I like the bird and the bold "Green", but maybe you can do House in a similar font.
And without the windows, I miss the link with urban lifestyle. Perhaps you can show an example where it's integrated? or a balcony? or a garden in front of the tree?
