I tried a bolder font and a darker contrast, and I think the orange Albuquerque helps make it stand out well. Kind of hard to miss orange LOL!

I'll try some other fonts and keep tweaking the colors, no problem.

Thanks, I feel like the colors still are not bold enough....That Orange for Albuquerque doesn't seem to work too well. If you look at the other logos in that video you will see that the Albuquerque stands out very well, so does the Hot Tubs part.

We love the duck! We love the way it has the ripples around it.

Thanks for trying again. However, this is not the direction we're wanting to head. I see what you tried to do with the clover shaped tub... but that's too abstract. How about trying something with swooshes, or water or something like that. Thanks.

Thanks for the detailed brief, your website is great! The rationale of this concept is a circular icon that can be interpreted as swirl or bubbling of a hot tub/whirlpool, Albuquerque sun. Also easy to reproduce, change colors, use in grayscale, to metal stamp or use on uniforms.
