#8 My concern here, is the shading... It looks GREAT, but it is difficult to reproduce this with embroidery. Let's see what it looks like, without the shading (the Grey behind the lettering), and let's make the top of the envelope all one color (the flap). The transition, from yellow to orange/red, though it looks very good, is again, hard to reproduce by embroidery. I would, however, use this in print, web, and television media. This is a great looking logo...
Pam... I like this, too. Now you are really getting somewhere! Here is what I would like to see; can you incorporate the flaming letter/envelope with the #34? I REALLY LIKE the words, stacked ontop of each other, and the slip coming out of the words, but I also have decided NOT to try and use slips in the logo, opting more towards the envelope you originally designed for me.
#54... LAST comment, before the contest ends: I want to see the word "hot" bigger. I like what you did with the "i" in "slips". .............. Make "hot" big enough, so that the "h" fits over the "i" in "slips"... Make the slanted dot on the "i" part of the "h" in "hot"... Keep the slanted dot black.. (hope I didn't over-explain this)
Winner! Ok, Pam, your the winner. Before we finalize, we need a few revisions....
First: Take out the words "Coupons you can USE". Second: We would like to see you try Ariel Black Italic, Segoe Ui Bold Italic, Georgia Bold Italic fonts. If you need to find these fonts, let me know, and we will send you a link. Third: For the embroidered logo, there can't be any gradiations of color.. BUT leave the orange and yellow in the flame! Last: We need these in .eps, .ai, .png and .jpg, if you can.
