I didn't want to be influenced by your old logo (since you said you didn't like it), so I created this entry based solely on your contest brief. This is a pie created from smaller, triangle-shaped pies. Revisions welcome.
Oops...the comment I left off above is that I did not look at your old logo prior to creating my first entry (so your old logo wouldn't influence my design process).
