Can you provide some changes in Name font color (black) and the logo HC/rings (white)? I like it overall very much.

Hi,
Just want to help in the thought process (just a recommendation). Avoid designs which use gradient, the fading colour looks good on web but its hard to print. Even in the future recreating the logo will be difficult. So try to have solid colours.
I kept logo to be very simple yet striking even from long distance, still its uses only 2 colours which saves lot of money while printing. Its not boring when ever you see it. Also used very professional font and spacing.
