It was wonderful seeing your designs and we really liked everything you did.

Yes, I am visiting my grandchildren.

At this stage of the contest I cannot upload new designs. Only a leading designer can do that.

We are really liking this design a lot. I realize the time difference between us is a bigger issue for the tweaks, along with probably the holidays.

How about changing the girl and dog to sitting?

Maybe flip the lighthouse to the other side also to balance the hooked and give more room for girl/dog

If sky is more orange, probably need a more yellow sun.
Also like a sky more yellow-orange at horizon, then more orange, then some purplish colors at the top

Husband and daughter prefer the more yellow / orange sky one.
Take out the rocks on the right - maybe add a beach fence or some more shells?
Need to move the woman with the dog to the left - dog is obscured by the d on Hooked
Maybe add some grass around base of lighthouse, so it contrasts more with sand
Daughter still likes the hook and line encircling the design

I used serif, sans serif and script font.

I like the 'Hooked on' better; but prefer that ''Beach Life' be in the other font

Btw, at one point you said that you would be happiest if you bought both logos. mine and eibrans. contact support about it. I think they will help you.

The hook stands out; but it isn't really 'hooking' anything there, just laying there
The base of the lighthouse is tan (not black) with brick; then the lighthouse is the black and white spiral

We just extended the contest because we are very undecided about the top 2 designs!! These designs are amazing and I wish we could do both, lol.

Liking this one a lot; but still prefer the sky and sunset in #223 better. Like the reflection of the sun on the water in it.
Like the symmetry of the beach part in this one; but don't like the rocks at the base of the lighthouse - Hatteras island is a sandbar and doesn't really have any rocky areas.
It does have a lot of shells though!
Still not sure about the Hooked On part. I think I like the banner with the name; but I think husband likes it without the banner.
I think I would like the hook below the 'Beach Life' part, kind of like it was hooking that part.

I was guided by the idea that the feeling of tranquility is important for the family during the vacation. Dad is in the boat with the child, mom is on the beach with the dog. Serene is important for them too. However, I also made a variant with a different color palette that gives energy to the whole image. Can you please check my new entries? #202 - #209

I was looking for a more energetic 'feel'; but I really like the calm / serene 'feel' of this design!
