really difficult to say.... I like #187 most, but I have to ask for some independant opinions now

Although this one looks bit more natural and calm, I guess entry #184 looks like it is more intensely staring at us with eye wide open. Just a thought.

New entry #187 is just slightly modified, iris bigger, lids less rounded and a bit closer to the eye

Well, I can go more realistic, but I thought about something more abstract, keeping Iris and thin, adumbrated lids still in the shape of O.

I mean a Little bit more like that:

Feels indeed better, more natural. Iris could slightly be larger, maybe almost touched by lids or even slighthly covered. But again: very nice

Now iris is round and fully visible, not covered by the lids or shadows.
Lids are broader yet still rounded, and iris a bit smaller so it's closer to natural proportions.

Direction is indeed better, but you should to try to combine both, the circular Iris of #163. This should stand also for a round "O". But to make clear, that it is an eye, it would be worth to try to adumbrate the eyelid above an below, but the lid is broader then the eye. Understood? Difficult to explain for me. If not, I could send you a Little scetch.

Could you just try to leave the outer rim (the "O") away, but to adumbrate the upper and lower eyelid/eyeline (the typicaly almond shaped form) so that it looks more like a complete eye. Just to try, if it works.

much better. Try to relinquish the red rim, because pupil and Iris could already be a perfect "O" if you enlarge it a little bit and possible adumbrate the eyelid above a little bit. Afterwards the word Vista should be executed in red to separate both words better

The writing is too average, not unique, the eye Needs to be refined, the wide house is simple and cinvincing. Good direction but Needs to be refined clearly

The "Home" is good, The "Vista" not really. It Needs to be self explaining and simple, so the arrow is too educational.
We Need the logo in one single line, not two lines, pls.
