You need to work on the combination of the "V" and the eyes. The idea is really good, to have the eyes combined with the first letter of the word "Vista", but the execution needs to be more outstanding. The eyes should be really observing eyes, no pupil in cross-shape.
And The "H" could carry the "house" symbol.

the font is nice, the star does not really fulfill the briefing
