I like #3 but am wondering if there is a way to shrink the logo and somehow at the same time incorporate the idea of many homes - right now, the single roof evokes the image of just one, not many.

I like #49 because the logo implies more than "one" home. I also like that it is strongly rectangular because it will fit nicely across the top of a real estate for sale sign without a lot of negative space in the corners. Is there any way to incorporate the ".com" in the design?
