I'm not sure because of the dark lettering I wanted. I would prefer a navy or black shirt, so maybe there could be another version of the logo in white and gray?

Maybe the three gray boxes like these on the other similar logo. Again, I like the other one better, but not sure about embroidery on a shirt. Thanks.

These 3 areas can be in solid gray. What is the color of you shirt?

I like your logos, and have two comments. One, I would like the word California above HomeScape. Two, I'm not sure how this logo would look if it was embroidered on a shirt with the three gray areas in the h and s letters. Nice job!
