How this design can work on solid yellow - eg vehicle signage, printed folder cover etc.
This design is meant to have the look of a rubber stamp - seal of approval/safety.

Note this design could also be printed in one colour - this is important because your logo might need to be printed on labels etc for fire safety or for simple printing and faxing.
