My brother prefers this black bolder font but would like to see it with the house a little more faded, less bold. I'm not so sure.

I like yours, almost with the original font and the darker blue...it's classic and classy.

I like 34 and 70.

Hi Ray,
We just had our meeting and everyone is leaning towards #34 with some tweaking:
Please,
a) Show "REALTY COMPANY" larger to equal the size of the "HOLLEY" above it

b) Show instead of "est. 1948" to be "Since 1948" and a little larger type and a line on either side of if, as if "Since 1948" is interrupting a bold line. ----------------Since 1948-------------------

c) Show with roof in red, blue and green with the above changes.
