Couple thoughts:
1 - maybe some kind of subtle gloss? 2.0 style?
2 - maybe make the rectangle holding Holland & Picht wrap around the circle?

Can we remove (or replace with something else?) the "Property Management" and "& Real Estate"?
It looks good on there but I think I'd prefer to keep the log non-descriptive and just let the design elements speak to itself.

Can we maybe switch to a white background? Maybe incorporate some kind of circle around it?
