I feel like the other logo is easier on the eyes. You can just look at it once and read what it says. This one your eyes have to move to read it all

Also if you check the files I added a Keller Williams logo that needs to be 50% the size of the logo. And I would just put it under your logo if you can. Thank you again

Maybe a different shade of green closer to army green. I want to go for luxury so maybe a font or layout that captures that even more. Very good though!
