I like the overall look! Thanks. I'm not Richard the 3rd, however, :) so can we replace the lions with maybe a DNA helix? And would it be possible to add some background art to the emblem in quadrants (or move the H to the background) - outdoors (?mountains), medicine (caduceus), family or art, and water/sailing/navy?
