I'm not sure what you mean. I've given the same direction to everyone - family, outdoors, sea/navy, medicine/science. I think I suggested the caduceus instead of the cross and microscope you were using, as well as the DNA helix.

I like what you did w the caduceus - thanks. This is really good, I think you're close. Could you move the horizontal line up a little (recognizing it won't be half-way anymore), then move the caduceus up a little so we can make the H a little larger (and go back to the grey)?

I couldn't see a difference btw 36 and 37.

And the smaller flamily doesn't work, so can you make the H smaller and centered.

And this might be a huge departure, but could you change the top of the emblem to arch upward rather than be 'notched'?

This is a Family Crest.

Consider adding some detail into the background of all four quarters of the emblem. Medicine, sailing, art, outdoors - good themes. And maybe simplify the flair, make the emblem darker blude, and less red and more blue/green in the detail or background of the emblem.
