Hi thanks for your feedback on the previous style of this logo. Here's the reworked version as suggested where the left people is lower and the top right hand is pointing lower. In order to have it pointing lower, the best way is to make it look like part of the P if you get what I mean.

Please provide some alternate colours as well for us to consider.

I like how you have the person reaching up and one reaching from above.
Can you try to have the one on the left further down and the one on the right reaching more down.

The idea is sound, what I am trying to see is if it would look more dramatic where someone is really getting a hand up in trying to better their lives.
