Which one do you prefer? Logo with Albanian eagle or without the eagle?

Here my update on eagle's wings and adding company's slogan.

I like the style of the logo but I'd like to have the eagle modified so it looks more like the original Albanian eagle on the flag. The eagle's head look good but the wings need to be edited. I also like the "H" in the middle with the abstract roadway, please keep that. Colors look good as well. Please include my company's slogan "Punctual. Precise. Protected." Thank you!
