Nice. I like your first one #189 as there seems to be a modified STAR in the center. People forming a star - nice imagery. Perhaps you can play with the HIRinc a little - make all small letters "hirinc" and in Black or dark charcoal to suit the colours in the icon?

#169 will likely be our final choice. My client would like to see a couple of changes before choosing.

1. love the font, but they would like to see the "inc" coloured using the other colours in the icon. (see #273 ranked in the 5th position)

2. Can you use "stronger. brighter" colours like the same #273 entry. They are finding the blue in #169 a little "washed" or "faded"
