HiPo Executive SearchLogo Design Contest

Hello . . . another good entry, can you explain the blue shape? THe red cross, the search glass, etc I can see ok.

We had decided to drop the "search" bit from the name, but looking at the entries now, I am not sure.....oh decisions decisions. Could you also do one without the "search" word, with HiPo Executive only to get a comparison?
