Here is this same design. I simplified it for the patch. So the thread colors are only 3. Black, Gray and Green.

I'll add more variations and others before your blind phase ends.

I guess I was thinking about the embroidery first. Some stitches on embroidered patches if too thin will fall apart. I have some clients who had this problem
Any printing on a t-shirt all lines will work. You may need to design for the t-shirt and then have another file just for the embroidered patch.
I will continue and modify this design for the t-shirt and other applications. For embroidery may need to be changed.

Like the shape of this better. The font is throwing me off. Maybe something simpler like the Califia logo font. I would love to try one that just says Hilvers with the 1958 date too. Tree feel is a little heavy
