It’s Properties, not property

I want the word Properties bigger and more prominent

Maybe the mountains a lil rounded, so to represent a hill. The river I would like to see if you can incorporate like the blue river in the artwork I loaded called river bluff cabins

Make Properties bigger. MAke a blue squiggly line come off of the C to represent a small river. Pit Hill above Properties. Make The mountains a little bit more rounded to represent a hill.

I made the top of the hill round, not sharp, to make more look like a hill not mountain

I see the HCP now! So maybe the C is a different color???

Like initials to be HCP, but like it. Maybe incorporate a lil line for a hill, not a mountain.
