The recent font was Trajan Pro my suggestion was to keep some tradition in the font type, the logo should be modern so these two thing keep the balance betwen tradition and progression, also the scratched look of the logo should refer to the hand made, manufactural roasting . Anyway I changed the font types to a modern ones just in case. Thank You
