how about a rocket instead of an airplane in the design? I wonder how that would look? The focus needs to be on Highland Rim Wealth Management as a financial services company but highlighting the headquarters area as an aerospace region. Many of my clients are rocket scientists or other engineers

I like how the plane comes out of the design, but I don't think I need "HRWM" in the logo, just Highland Rim Wealth Management

I am looking for a logo that also combines aerospace (the local area where the business is located) with financial planning (what I do). Can you rework your logo design?
