How about this?

Color is great! Could the top of the ladder look like the bottom of the ladder by moving the top ladder rung down so there isn't a leg sticking out above the H on the right hand side?

Also, could the upper right portion of the H reach the top of the L how the bottom left of the H reaches the bottom of the G?

I like this design the best so far, would it be possible to incorporate gray in the design?
