Please create the 1st Ranked logo in different sizes so that it could be used in various publicity material, in room branding and signage etc.

sure. you mean thr finsl filrs could br resized or I did not understand you right? if you mean theat the final files when you choose a winner are .eps (which means whatever size you choose the quality stays the same).
