inspiration: compass, navigational, playing into the brand name via half the compass being hidden which serves another purpose which is allowing the logotype to sit in the pocket creating nice symmetry to the logomark... clean, corporate, and conceptually relative... thanks for your time...
#1-3: appreciate the initial efforts, thank you. Not a big fan of teal in the color scheme, though. While reminiscent of a compass, the designs are more like a star burst and a bit too modern. It reminds me of the Compass Bank logo. I'm looking for something with a nautical map and compass element / flair / feel and with a more traditional / antique feel. I want the logo to represent the following: solid, experienced, reliable and steadfast. Remember the guidance of the tagline..."know where you want and need to be and more importantly, how to get you there". Symmetry is good, as you said. Thank you for your efforts.
