I like the green and black background very much, maybe just cut off the longer parts of the „H“ and make as large as the smaller ones.
But i am not sure, how you put the borders between black and green, but maybe you have a good idea

try to redesign to logo only with the letter "H" in it, instead of the combination of "H" & "L".

i know a brand, that looks similar to this design.

Maybe try a darker green and black.

Note: the logo should target men

About this concept, in case you didn't notice, this is a combination of H and L which is stand to the company name.

Try using colour green and black and the trator tires, gear-wheel and/or the screw-wrench should be the small part of the logo
