This may be too complex. Herbs may be added or taken away as needed at any time. Or put in a wreath form with more added later. I will need to clean up some of the lines in the drawing but otherwise it is in balance.
I will try and work on a 1 or 2 spot color with the same approach. This would need to be 4 color process for printing.

This one is simplified to a silhouette and just suggestive of the herbs.
With 3 colors. Pantone green 362 and 374, and Red 032
