#4 - the logo is too cluttered.
#3 - the design looks too much like buildings. It does not capture the image we are looking for.
#2 - the idea is good. I would like the hands design more friendly. At the moment they are too sharp.
One more thing is we are looking for a logo that can stand on its own without words.
